Wakkanai is the most northern town in Japan. It was already pretty cold.
When the weather is good, you can see Russian island from here.

Kawayu is a hot spring town. There are some Ainu tribe attractions too.

Kushiro is the biggest town of Eastern Hokkaido. We were excited to find "Grace church" right in front of the railroad station, but is was a fake church just for wedding and no Sunday worship. We attended small but real Church.
